Nokia has released a stylish little accessory for the sustainable-minded bike commuter. The Nokia Bicycle Charger is a dynamo-powered mini-USB charger that attaches to your bike’s fork and handlebars. While you peddle, the dynamo generates an electrical current that charges your mobile phone’s battery. A 10 minute ride at 6 mph will provide enough charge for 28 minutes of talk, making your daily commute to work enough to keep you talking throughout the day. Nokia will begin selling the charger for roughly $18 USD in “heavily bicycle populated countries”. We hope that includes the U.S.! [nokia via inhabitat]
