The walls and decorations of an adolescent’s bedroom often reflect the personalities of its inhibitants as so captured by photographer Rania Matar. Matar was inspired to do the collection of teenager’s bedrooms by observing firsthand the transformation of her own daughter’s living quarters through the years. Posters, magazine clippings and fashion pieces seem to blanket the rooms while giving insight into the minds and personalities of the girls. Documentation of the individual interior decorating of the living space gives a glimpse of once of the components of an impactful time period in a teenage girl’s youth. [via inspirefirst]
