A new concept bar in Madrid, Spain takes its guests on a journey throughout the world without leaving its foundation. The Passenger Bar – Madrid is inspired by the luxury passenger cars of vintage trains of the 20th century, and its “windows” provide a view of the world in motion. The Passenger Bar is a collaboration with video artist Franger who created a series of videos from actual trains as they travel the world. Three large displays show Franger’s videos of urban and natural environments that pass by as guests sip their coffees or cocktails in this intimate space. The concept and its execution are quite remarkable, a great idea for a small space that provides an unique kind of entertainment for its guests in Madrid.
